Yes, there are several services not listed on our website that we offer. Most of these services are provided on a case by case basis and are not part of our core service offerings. Due to that, we do not advertise them. If you’d like to know if we offer a specific service, please reach out to us and ask. We’re happy to send you a full list of services we can offer.

Yes, you do!

We’re not in the business of owning anyone’s website. Once you’ve paid for your website, it is just that, yours. You are welcome to do anything with it, move it to another website hosting provider, as well as change or alter any aspect of it. Our managed website hosting comes with a few plugins that are only available while the service is active. We remove those plugins if you decide to move your website to another web hosting provider.

We do not offer what most would consider search engine optimization, as it’s a broad term that includes several types of services. In basic terms, SEO is the practice of increasing a website’s position in search engine results. Search engine ranking requires many on-going services onsite and offsite, to achieve higher rankings within search engines.

However, there are many standard practices that a website developer should follow while building a website, and this is what we will do for you. We adhere to all standard practices for onsite search engine optimization, including securing your website with a valid SSL certificate at launch. We proofread for grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors. We then make sure your website will load as fast as it can. Google uses all of the above to help determine where your website might place in their search results.

Onsite website optimization is only a small portion of what SEO as a whole encompasses. If you would like, we can provide referrals to reputable SEO experts that could help you achieve higher rankings for your website.

It’s a good idea to make a list of what you would like to achieve with your new website. We always suggest answering the following questions.

What problem is my website solving for me or my business?
What do I need to present or showcase on my website?
What features does my website need?
Do I know what kind of content I want on my website?
Do I have all of the images, graphics, or assets I’ll want to include in my content?

Generally speaking, the entire process can be completed in 4-8 weeks depending on the size of your project.

Most do not go that fast, however, because there are always unknowns or issues that arise. Having all of the information together for your website, before you begin, and submitting your information promptly is the best thing you could do to expedite the process.

Knowing what you want and sticking to that is also vitally important to complete your project quickly.

All of our websites are built using WordPress and are very easy to edit or update once complete.

Even if you’re using a managed package, you’ll still have access to your entire website to make any changes you’d like. Or, if you need assistance, you can always submit a change request and let us handle it. (Fees may apply.)

That’s no problem at all; all of our packages include a set number of stock photography that can be downloaded and used on your website, with no additional fees.

Go to Depositphotos.com and pick out what photos, graphics, or images you’d like and be sure to include it when submitting the information for your website, as well as where you would like to use it. You can use the images for anything else you’d like moving forward as well, or they can be replaced with your graphics when the time is right.
